As such, we believe in a pro-active careers management for our employees and in massive investment in training. An average of 7% of the payroll is dedicated, over the years, to training our staff, which is a lot more than what is legally required.
This on-going investment in training is the key to make sure our clients have the most effective people available; it is also vital for our staff who thus have career evolution perspectives and ways to diversify their jobs.
Managing our work forces this way results in employee loyalty, proved by a low turnover rate of 5%, which is significantly less than the average for IT Services companies.
