Project Manager
Your profile
You have a degree in IT and a good experience of project and change management (2 to 5 years).
You have proven management competencies, verbal and written communication skills, and a good ability to be attentive to people.
You have a passion for technology and a thorough knowledge of methods, especially ITIL.
You are fluent in English.
Your missions
You will supervise the conception and implementation of projects of various scopes in different clients’ environments. You will be in charge of staff management, technical and financial follow-up of the project, leading steering committee and producing relevant reporting.
You will master the different phases of the project, from launch to general or detailed conception. You should also be comfortable during implementation and tests phases.
Career development
Depending on your aspirations, you can move on to Project Director or deepen your technical knowledge to move on to Consultant or Technical Expert.
Network/System Engineer
Your profile
You have a Master degree in Engineering or IT. You are fluent in English. You have good writing skills and are able to accurately analyse and synthesise issues. While being able to work on your own, you enjoy team work. You are detail oriented and focus on the client satisfaction.
Your missions
You will become part of one of our multidisciplinary teams and will participate in the IT evolution projects for our clients.
Your missions will include the conception, deployment and administration of networks and systems for our clients. You will make proposals concerning the choice and the deployment of technical solutions fitted to our clients’ environments. You will be able to make an accurate diagnosis about networks and systems malfunctions for the clients you are in charge of.
Career development
You can move on to Project Manager, or deepen your technical skills to become Technical Expert in your chosen field.
Network/System Administrator
Your profile
You have a Bachelor Degree in IT, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the conception and deployment of systems or networks. You have achieved at least one certification on a major technology (MCSE, CCNA, etc.).
You are detail oriented and quick to react; you show initiative and autonomy in the general organisation and management of your activities.
You know how to evaluate resources, analyse and accurately describe needs.
While being able to work on your own, you enjoy team work.
Your knowledge of concepts and technics pertaining to networks and systems is thorough.
You have good written communication skills, as well as people skills. You are fluent in English.
Your missions
You are in charge of the proper running and availability of our clients’ IT infrastructures:
- Setting up, configuring and maintaining servers and networks in operational condition
- Configuration, administration and monitoring of infrastructure services
- Monitoring of equipment’s performance
- Diagnosis and incident solving
- Creation of tools for configuring and reporting
Career development
You can move on to System or Network Engineer, or Project Manager.
Training on new technologies will be provided.
Support Technician
Your profile
You have a Bachelor Degree in IT and are fluent in English. You are highly motivated and enjoy team work. You are autonomous, detail oriented, and enjoy transmitting knowledge. You focus on the client’s satisfaction.
Your missions
You will carry out:
- Setting up of workstations
- Installation and modification of software
- Incidents’ solving
- Users’ training
- Inventory management
Career development
You will move on to System or Network Administrator. Training on new technologies will be provided.
